Howard Wolfson
Director of Construction DevelopmentHoward Wolfson has been the principal of Mack Ventures Realty Services, an Owner’s
Representative firm established in NYC in 2013. Specializing in out of the ground multifamily/hotel/condo high rise construction. Howard holds an Assoc. Engineering degree
from University of Florida, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida
International University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from NYU.
Howard has been involved on all sides of the development industry working as an inhouse construction manager, asset manager for major property owners/developers in
the New York & Florida real estate markets. His background is in engineering and
construction management on high-profile/ fast-track projects as well as complex projects
over the past 20-plus years in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Miami Beach, etc.
Howard’s involvement stems from the initial feasibility and financial analysis to the
coordination between the marketing and sales professionals.
Hiring and overseeing top-level architects, engineers, specialty designers & contractors
as well procuring materials has allowed him to complete successful projects on time and
within budget.
Howard has managed from the Owner’s side all types of projects from capital
improvements on existing properties to new development projects through the “soup to
nuts” approach from design, permitting and construction phases for every type of
building such as mixed-use development sites, mixed-used, multi-family, retail, etc.
Howard has taught as an adjunct professor at New York University (NYU) at the
Continuing & Professional Studies Shack Real Estate School and has also served on the
Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Construction committee.
