Since arriving in Miami Florida in the early part of 2003, Yair Daiksel was involved, as a developer and as the president of his management company, DQM CORP, in the production and management of over 1500 condominium units and hotel rooms in many different projects in Miami, Miami Beach, North-Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale. During these years Mr. Daiksel gained experience and knowledge in all facets of the local real estate industry.

In addition, Mr. Daiksel was involved in consulting and assisting the ownership and management of over 600 units of multi-family rental projects in South Florida and Atlanta. In these projects, Mr. Daiksel added his knowledge that was accumulated from his investment and management in the multi family rental industry during the 90’s all around the USA; NY, NJ, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Orlando, Los Angeles, totaling over 5,000 units. During the 1990’s, based in Israel, Mr. Daiksel held the Managing Director position of Gazit Consulium LTD Group of Companies – one of Israel’s most prominent group of Real Estate Construction and Development companies. In this position, Mr. Daiksel managed the development and construction of over 4,000 condominium apartments, more than 1,500 hotel rooms and developed and constructed over 1,500,000 Sq/Ft of commercial properties throughout Israel. In his position, Mr. Daiksel managed the entire set of disciplines involved in the production and management of Real Estate projects. The 1980’s were Mr. Daiksel’s education period. Starting with a complete service in the Israel Defense Forces serving in a leadership positions.

Following their military service in 1984, Mr. Daiksel moved to New York City and started his studies at New York University, and completed a degree in International Business and Marketing.

The following is a list of projects in the USA during the last 20 years in which Mr. Daiksel was part of the development/management/owner representation and investment teams.

Atlanta – A 400 units townhome.
Managed the purchase of distressed property and the renovation and upgrading of townhomes units, marketing the units, and stabilizing the project to 97% occupancy. (Project completed)

TAO – A 396 condominium project in two twin towers in the City of Sunrise Florida.
Scope of work: Managed, coordinated, and supervised the planning and implementation of the project. (Project completed)

Villa Zamora + Valencia Grande + Villa Alhambra – A project consisting of 120 condominium units in three different buildings in Coral Gables Fl.
Managed, coordinated, and supervised the project’s planning, pricing and budgeting, bidding, Construction, and quality control. (Project completed)

Bay Lights Condominium – A 12-luxury condo unit in Miami Beach Fl.
Total management of planning, zoning, budgeting, permitting, bidding and negotiations,
construction, and delivery. (Project completed)

One West towers – Fort Myers Fl. – a 500-unit, three-tower complex.
During the planning and pricing and budgeting phase of the project; Managed and coordinated planning, zoning, and budgeting processes. (Project stopped after permit)

Aqua Vista – A 100 townhome in North Miami Beach.
Provided management and coordination of planning and construction. (Project completed)

Cynergi –Miami Fl. A 100 Condominium units project.
Purchased the property and develop plans, budget, and permits for the new tower. (Project completed)

4 Private homes and a luxury Penthouse in Miami Beach Fl.
Coordination and management of planning, construction documents, zoning, permitting, budgeting, and bidding of General Contractors; Negotiations of contracts and supervision of production. (Projects completed)

The National Hotel South Beach – Renovation Crisis management and coordination. Managed and resolved situations with non- performance construction team; created a new budget and a new solid team that is operating successfully with ownership. (Project completed)

*CITY CLUB LIVING – 500 units- senior citizens’ luxury condominiums projects in Coral Gables and Boca Raton.
Management of the business development and construction documents from start to permit; Coordination of City Zoning and building departments relationships. Budgeting and pricing the project. (Project stopped after permit achieved)

The W HOUSE – An ultra-modern 16,000 sq. ft private residence in Coconut Grove.
Total management – Design and development management, team selection, budgeting, permitting,
production, (project completed)

THE PLYMOUTH & ANSONIA HOTEL Miami Beach- 121 Rooms full-service hotel, a total renovation, and new construction expansion. Total management and owner representation across from owners, architects, engineers, and interior design teams including the total production of one of Miami Beach’s best restaurants. (Projects completed)

South Beach Hotel- A 51-room hotel – total renovation management and coordination. (Project completed)

THE BASS MUSEUM OF ART – Miami Beach. – Management on behalf of the Museum management and Board of directors as well as on behalf of The City of Miami Beach. Design Coordination, Bidding and budget management, production management, and supervision. (Project completed)

The Radisson Hotel Miami is a 183-room hotel with 30,000 sq/ft of shared office space. Management and coordination on behalf of owners and across from top architects and engineers. (project halted due to Covid)

The EB Hotel Miami Springs – Owner representation and project management of a 10,000 Sq/Ft Banquet Hall new construction. Including a full kitchen and total low voltage package. Management and budgeting, VE process management, bidding and contracting, and production supervision. (Project completed)

580 Sabal Palm Miami Project – A 15,000 Sq/Ft new construction of a luxury waterfront villa. (Project completed)

The Collins Park Hotel – Miami Beach. A 300 rooms hotel in the heart of Miami Beach. New construction and façade preservation. (Project in the process)
